Join us for a day of arts and crafts activities inspired by patterns from around the Muslim world. With five art 'stations' for you to rotate around, there will be plenty to do. you'll get the chance to sample the following:

- Islamic geometric patterns: creating patterns with pencil and ruler and geometry origami

- 'Arabesque' flower patterns

- miniature bookmaking

- square kufic cross-stitching

There will be three sessions over the day (please only book for one of the sessions (please only book for one of the sessions - you will have the opportunity to sample all the activities over the 2-hour session):

12pm-2pm (two hours with five shorter sessions to rate around each station)

2pm-4pm (two hours with five shorter sessions to rate around each station)

4pm-5pm (open session to sample 2-3 activities)

Suitable for ages 8 +

Please note: all children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Although we will allow some walk-up places, prior booking is recommended as we will not be able to admit anyone to a session once we have reached maximum capacity.
